T103.10 - GDrive Folder Structure
From the perspective of building a virtual support network, this is one of the most critical aspects of the Soul Proprietor Guide.
There is no end to the way in which humans can organize digital files. As the file count and business complexity grows, so too does the file system structure for management. While the concept of "searching for files" is supposed to supersede a tree structure, those of us who have been involved with large data sets realize that is full on hog wash for various reasons.
The goal with this section is to present a folder structures for your GDrive that would enable you to apply the business knowledge you gained in the business section to the cognitive organization of your data. Not only should this assist you with better mental handling of your business, it provides a framework which would enable one Sole Proprietor to help out another on an ad Hoc basis, and that is ultimately what is needed to build society, brotherhood and sisterhood. This is what can turn a bunch of stray cats into one large and connected colony for the benefit of all.

Key Concepts
- You can NOT share your entire Drive. You can only share folders or files in your drive.
- Because you can NOT share your entire drive, your business items should be fully contained in a folder so you can share that entire folder with others related to your business.
- All other items in your drive should generally be grouped in a root folder if sharing is desired. If you have a bunch of folders and files in your root directory that are all related and not aggregated in a folder, you would have to share each folder separately if sharing them was every desired.
