T103.1 - What is a Google Account?
T103 is dedicated to the Google Cloud Tools that are basics for all.
If you are not currently using google products it could take a day or a few to convert over IF you know your way around technology.
If you do NOT know your way around technology, this will seem like a climb of Mount Kilimanjaro.

Case Studies
I just completed private consulting with three mature Sole Proprietors with limited computer skills. These people were using chrome and gmail, but they weren't using Gmail efficiently and they weren't using Lastpass nor Tabcloud. With a few hours of coaching they came up to speed on those items.
In two of the three cases, the computers they owned did NOT have the processor speed to support Tab Cloud with 3-5 tabs open to Google Drive items. A 2 Ghz processor and 8 GB RAM seems to be around the bottom end requirement for a PC/Mac and 1.5Gh and 4 GB of RAM is the Chromebook minimum. See More>Research/Reviews>CPUs for more on this topic.
Getting them up to speed using GDrive, GDocs, Gsheets was a different story. If someone isn't already oriented towards technology, this is one GINORMOUS exercise in Cognitive Therapy.
