T103.8 - Google Calendar
http://calendar.google.com
Google Calendar is powerful as heck.
I'm not a huge fan of the navigation but it works. I only use it for a few appointments a week, so I am not a power user of this by any means.
I have setup someone who books 30+ appointments a week on it and he loves it. The image right is one of his weekly booking schedules.

General Comments
- The User interface wise it is a little clunky and it is bloated, as all the functions you might need show
- The most powerful feature (IMO) is it's ability to handle and share multiple calendars
- The Week and Month view are my preferred views -- I find the day view overwhelming size wise and the 4 day view is confusing.
- The Agenda view can be useful
- Searching the Calendar is tricky -- by default it only searches 60-90 days back. if you want to search further you must select the start date on the main calendar and then search.
- The Calendar in no way connects to your contacts -- an annoying feature for those use to working with contact managers
- There are a lot of sharing features I have not used as I don't have groups of others I try to schedule meetings with frequently. They seem powerful.
- The ability to enter mulitple and two types of reminders is very nice
- You can set it up to do appointment blocks but it only works for Google Apps for Work users and everyone participating must be part of the organization
- The mobile app on the iphone is very impressive
