Create Digital Signature Image
One item you will need to become more efficient is an image of your signature. This is surprisingly hard to do to get a good one...
-----------------
this is a faster solution than below...
Sign a piece of white paper- Approximately 1" tall letters for capitals
Take a picture with your phone (jpg)
Email to self
Open and screen shot that. Save as a .png
use this tool -- https://onlinepngtools.com/create-transparent-png
entire process takes about 1 - 2 minutes
-----------------
Here's a youtube video I used to get this down..
Sign your name with 1 inch letters and a ball point pin. A sharpie doesn't work well...
Brutal... snagit editor doesn't have a convert to transparent option and nobody else makes this easy -- it must be to protect the artistic software programs or something, because that is stupidly tough...

- Take a PDF image of it with a mobile scanning app. this makes the background perfectly white. A camera won't do that unless you know a trick I don't.
- Email pdf to self
- Open pdf.
- Take screen grab of pdf to create jpg.
- Open MS Powerpoint (yeah.. no joke)
- Insert Picture and select your signature
- Select the picture and the menu will convert to image editing...
- Select Corrections -- and do something (see video)
- Select Color - and you can select an alternate color...
- Select Color - and increase saturation to 400% or so
- Select Color - and second from bottom is set transparent color -- select that and then select the background of the image..
- Right click image and save picture -- must save as .PNG...
