Lastpass is my password manager of choice. It was one of the first in the business and it is the most widely known/used with the most attractive pricing for similar services. Annual subscription for the premium service is $12/year and that simply gives you the ability to view your passwords on your mobile phone in plain text for password retrieval when you are on a foreign computer.
You could use Chrome's free storage system but with it, you can't retrieve your pw's in plain text from a mobile device, which is why I pay for the premium service. Imagine you are travelling and using a foreign computer... that is when you would need access to your pw vault. Technically you can sign in to lastpass.com and get it, but I prefer to have that plain text viewing ability on my phone for $12/year.
Other Commercial Options include:
Lastpass and Dashlane are Editor's Choice option for 2016 -- Dashlane is more expensive for premium
2016 comparison of Lastpass, KeePass, Dashlane, 1Password

UPDATE -- 12/14/2017
Lastpass was my pw manager of choice. I paid 12-14/year for a preimium service just so I could view pw's in their app the 1 or 2x a year I needed too. I could have in fact just logged into their mobile browser and saved the pennies, but I thought what the heck. Live large. Unfortunately, they were purchase by LogMeIn compnay in the 2016 time frame. That group is known to jack up prices on services while removing services from free or lower subscription levels and they did the same to this in 2017.

In the comments of the second article, enpass was mentioned. Enpass seems to have a decentralized data option which is interesting...
Now... I can either keep paying the money -- or drop back to a free account -- and for now I've done the later, but long term I want a different solution and Enpass.io sounds very interesting -- as it uses DECENTRALIZED data - and that is music to my ears...

- Knew it. The LogMeIn dicks strike again. I knew the minute they purchased Lastpass this was going to happen.
- After just a few minutes with Enpass I am very impressed. Thank you for the suggestion!
- Wow! You're kidding me! LogMeIn buys LastPass and doubles the price while simultaneously removing features from their free product? Sooooo surprising! Who could have seen that coming?
- LogMeIn critics said this was coming, world is shocked when it comes LoL. In all seriousness gotta love the free market. They have a right to double their rate with seemingly no added benefit, likewise I have the right to take my business to enpass.io. I don't think it's the price increase itself that turns me off, it's the perceived scumminess in the manner in which they did it.

- It supports Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, and many more. It does not automatically import passwords stored on your browsers, but you can import your older password lists if you have used other manager services like LastPass in the past.
